The primary objective of A&A Systems Kft. is full compliance with all Hungarian and European Union legislation, including the protection of the personal data of its consumer and business partners.
Personal data include, in particular, name, email address, home address, telephone number, birth details, marital status, invoicing information, bank and bank account information, payment card data, username and password.
Of the above data, A&A Systems Kft. processes and stores name, email address, home address and telephone number in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (27 April 2016), the GDPR, and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
We process personal data only if the data subject has consented or it is necessary for the performance of a contract, and use such data exclusively for the purpose for which the data subject provided them to us.
A&A Systems Kft. processes data on the basis of the consent of the data subject or the provisions of a contract, and uses the data exclusively within the system operated by A&A Systems Kft. in the course of its business relationship with the data subject. Only the current managing directors of A&A Systems Kft. and employees employed by the company may process and access the data. In view of the mandatory invoice retention period prescribed by the Accounting Act, the personal data necessary for invoices (name and billing address) are retained and recorded for the same period. Invoices are processed by a separate accountant engaged under a mandate, who may access the personal data appearing on invoices for the purpose of carrying out accounting tasks; those data are accordingly transmitted to that accountant. In accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR, the necessary information and details of the rights of data subjects are provided in the privacy notice drawn up by A&A Systems Kft. and directly accessible on the website at /en/privacy/privacy-notice.html .
When processing personal data, A&A Systems Kft. ensures data security, compliance with the rules governing data processing and protection of the privacy of data subjects.
