What changed?
Edition v3 lays out the terms in separate paragraphs and supplies complete English and German translations of all four documents. The Hungarian contractual wording is unchanged. The previous Hungarian edition is preserved; translations of that edition were prepared now and were not previously published foreign-language versions.
